職責(zé)Tasks: 1. Project planning and WBS and follow up and update, using Visible Planning 用 Visible Planning進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃，WBS跟蹤及更新 2. Regular project follow-up meeting, to follow up Open issues (lead the cross team to solve all technical issues, quality issues, capacity issues) 定期項(xiàng)目會(huì)議，跟進(jìn)未完成事務(wù)(帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)解決所有技術(shù)，質(zhì)量，產(chǎn)能問(wèn)題) 3. Regular project follow-up meeting with customer, Check and follow up all the request from customer 定期與客戶的項(xiàng)目會(huì)議，確認(rèn)跟進(jìn)他們的要求 4. Lead the cross team for internal Trial run and external R@R with customer 帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)實(shí)施內(nèi)部試生產(chǎn)，及和客戶一起做節(jié)拍生產(chǎn) 5. Lead the cross team for all the sample deliveries(M1, VP, HB, TT, PP, etc) to customer and sister company, ensure the Quality and keep the tracking traceability 帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成客戶的各個(gè)交樣節(jié)點(diǎn)(M1, VP, HB, TT, PP, etc)，及兄弟公司對(duì)比交樣，保證質(zhì)量和追溯性 6. Create and maintain the BOM and request for scalar item creation 創(chuàng)建并維護(hù)BOM，并及時(shí)提出要求創(chuàng)建在scalar系統(tǒng) 任職要求： 1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or material 本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械或材料相關(guān)專業(yè) 2 years or above project management experience in automotive industry 2年以上汽車行業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn) 3. Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.(AutoCAD will be perfect) 熟悉CAD/CAM軟件 4.Capacity to manage the project and to communicate with Japanese 能獨(dú)立負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目并與日本客戶交流
