Job Description: 1. Make sales and budget plans and implement them effectively to achieve sales goals; 2. Visit customers on regular basis, win potential customers, build good relationship with customers; 3. Negotiate contract conditions with customers, and work in close cooperation with team member to ensure contract execution; 4. Deeply serve customers and understand their development progress, including delivery management, customer demand prediction, etc. 5. Actively participate in sales activities, including product promotion and management of dealers. Qualification 1. Bachelor of sales or electronic specialty, Microelectronics is better. 2. More than 2 yrs experience in electronics or semiconductor related Industry. 3. Having working initiative and spirit of teamwork, self-motivated. 4. Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 level or equivalent)
